Richard has been in the automotive business since he was 15 years of age,  as an apprentice mechanic attending Bromsgrove Engineering College and attaining his Motor vehicle mechanics certificate and Motor Vehicle Technicians Certificate both from the London City of Guilds. Has worked in Chrysler, Triumph, Rover Jaguar, Ford , Holden and Nissan Franchises.

Formed Richard Hadley Motors in 1988 specialising in Engine repairs and reconditioning, Automatic and Manual Transmission rebuilding including final Drives. He has a good sound knowledge of all things automotive and has finally channelled his expertise into sourcing and selling the best quality and value for money Turbochargers and Parts
